Dr. Wang’s lab focuses on using a synergistic approach to boost the innovation in soft electronic materials. Her research centers on:

1) structure-property engineering of electronic polymers to advance the fundamental understanding of charge and heat transport mechanisms

2) the electronic device/circuit fabrication based on conjugated polymers for niche and ubiquitous applications

3) boosting the design and synthesis of novel electronic materials with machine learning.

Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology for polymers is a unique tool used in her lab for material synthesis, molecular engineering and device fabrication using soft materials.

Keywords: soft materials, soft electronics, machine learning, CVD.
